That's a big plate of food. What style is that? It doesn't look Chinese or Taiwanese. Especially with that egg!
hey elmo,
this is hongkongnese style cuisine. there are many of these in alhambra/monterey park. my fav is baccali on valley and 2nd street.
at these places you can almost always ask for a fried egg on top of any dish.
