Good stuff. IMO, the meat to skin ratio is a bit high, but I'm still drooling.
How's this compared to Capital for wedding banquets? My uncle doesn't like it so much.

Yeah, I asked the waiter if this duck was prepared differently than the roast duck at sam woo and he said no. It's just that the skin is seperated from the meat. I actually enjoy this method more because you get to savor the crunchy skin. *drool*
Hi WC, dim sum at Empress is quite good, but the dinner quality has degraded significantly. I'll go to Capital next time :p
